Topli Kutak grew from a wish to share the pleasure of a mountain home with others. Welcome to a place where holidays unfold without a rush.
Every house has its own character. We wanted Topli Kutak to be a place that makes you smile as you arrive: the warmth of home, nature close by and time to spend together. We have paid particular attention to an atmosphere in which guests can relax, whether for a weekend or a longer stay.
We value the simple moments that make a stay special: quiet mornings, mountain air, shared meals and coming back to a warm house after a walk. The private sauna offers another space to pause, while the surrounding countryside invites you outside.
We do not promise the perfect holiday for everyone. We offer a welcoming place and information you can rely on. What matters most is that guests feel at home and want to return.
